Meet a diploma graduate in Hotel and Culinary from Politeknik METrO Kuala Lumpur. This individual began their career as a trainee in the kitchen at Hotel Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur. Upon completing their industrial training, they were absorbed into the F&B department, specifically the Western Banquet section, as a Demi Chef. However, their career journey took a pause by their own choice after being invited to join a company in 2018.

Not only proficient and passionate about Malay, Chinese, and Western cuisines, but they also excel in creating new menus and recipes tailored to the company’s preferences. Their high level of discipline in carrying out tasks has earned them the reputation of being a strict yet respected leader among their team members.

Now serving as the Director of Human Resources, this individual is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling employees. They ensure the alignment of tasks and overall activities with the company’s requirements over time.

In this journey from a culinary graduate to a disciplined and respected HR Director, their story reflects dedication, versatility in the culinary arts, and leadership qualities that have left a lasting impression on their professional path.
