The journey began with the Mama Nor Yong Tau Foo partnership, which was later upgraded to a Private Limited Company – Mama Nor (M) Sdn Bhd (MNMSB). A fully-owned Bumiputera Malay company registered under the Registration of Businesses Act 1956. The premises are registered with the local authority – Tampin District Council. It commenced operations on April 28, 2017.

MNMSB operates a food business with the concept of “Chinese Muslim Cuisine.” The first stall is located in the Tampin district and surrounding areas, featuring Yong Tau Foo as the main menu item and producing a special family recipe sauce in-house. It is a pioneering stall that offers customer service and food preparation quality comparable to hotel standards at affordable stall prices in the Tampin, Negeri Sembilan region.
